In the BSU vocational program management and continuous education center, the graduation ceremony of the short-term vocational program of integrated plant protection of Shota Rustaveli University of Batumi and the handing over of certificates was held. In the first stream of the three-month program, 14 students were trained, who received theoretical and practical training on all diseases and pests common in specific agricultural crops in the region, their management and prevention. The program is intended for persons involved in the field, practicing specialists and farmers.

The conference "Leadership in Vocational Education" is being organized for the first time in Georgia by the Center for Management of Vocational Programs and Continuing Education of BSU and the electronic magazine "Vocational Education". The conference was opened and the participants were welcomed by BSU Deputy Rector Anzor Beridze, Head of BSU Vocational Program Management and Continuing Education Center Madonna Mikeladze, Deputy Director of the National Center for Education Quality Development Kakhaber Eradze, Head of the Vocational Department of the Ministry of Education and Science Tamar Kvinikadze, The general director of the agency Tamar Kitiashvili and the founder of the electronic magazine "Vocational Education" Nino Elbakidze.

Irakli Mikeladze gave a training to the students of BSU vocational education program on the topic: "How to prepare an effective CV, cover letter and how to prepare for an interview". Presenting yourself in the most advantageous position. The second stage involved preparing for the interview, presenting yourself confidently in answering the questions. Catching yourself at the interview using the specifics of body language.

On April 27, 2023, a meeting with public school teachers took place within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Technology-enhanced teaching and learning in Georgian universities DITECH".The BSU staff involved in the project, the dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education, Professor Lela Turmanidze, and Assistant Professor Nino Samnidze introduced the innovative programs and training courses developed within the project to improve digital competence and skills to future and current teachers of public schools. At the meeting, teachers` needs were identified and the training was planned.

On April 26-27, 2023 “iHUB4Schools - Accelerating Digital Innovation in Schools through Regional Innovation Hubs and a Whole-School Mentoring Model“ project of the EU research and innovation program "Horizon 2020" (project number- H2020-SC6-TRANSFORMATIONS-2020) consortium meeting was held at Tallinn University (Estonia). Four members of the iHub project from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University attended the meeting, including Vice Rector Tamar Siradze, Associate Professor Madona Mikeladze, Associate Professor Tatia Nakashidze-Makharadze and Senior Specialist of the Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Sports of Adjara Nino Nakashidze participated in the meeting.
