Summer School for Students „Research Methods in Material Studies“

The Summer School ‘Research Methods in Material Studies’ ended with the certificates awarded to the participants. The organizers talked about the importance of the summer summing up the event. Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted 40 participants of the school, students of bachelor, master and doctoral studies from various national universities. The six day international summer school offered intensive learning opportunity to the students, outstanding professors of physics from BSU, Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Ilia University, Drezden Technical University, Yerevan State University introduced them to the research know-how of various materials. The methods included experimental, theoretical and computer modeling approaches to the modern and prospective materials, application of their optical, magnetic and magneto-optic qualities in hardware and medicine. The Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and Ivane Javakhishvili State University joint summer school grant project for students received National Shota Rustaveli Scientific Foundation’s financing.
