Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University is the winner of the grant competition for the development of non-formal educational courses announced by the Professional Skills Agency and has obtained the right to implement the non-formal educational course “Continuous Personal and Professional Development Strategies”.

The course aims to provide students with knowledge about emotion management techniques, effective communication strategies, and continuous self-directed learning. After completing the course, students will develop the skills necessary for coping with the difficulties associated with transitioning and adapting to a competitive work environment and for continuous professional growth.

The main target group of the course is mothers with many children living in the Adjara region and residents of the high-mountainous region. The course is planned to be implemented in the Khulo, Shuakhevi, and Keda municipalities.
