Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted Black Sea University Rector Ilias Ciloglu. The HEIs plan to further develop the scope of cooperation under the Memorandum of Agreement to implement several joint projects beyond the ones which had been already carried out. Acting Rector Prof. Merab Khalvashi and Rector Ilias Ciloglu discussed feasibility of the joint future scientific and research programs, as well as of the new cultural projects.
