The Embassy of the Republic of Korea held an informational meeting at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, aimed at promoting the Korean language, culture, history, and modern Korea. As part of the event, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea, Hyundoo Kim, met with the Rector of BSU, Tite Aroshidze. During the meeting, the parties discussed future directions and plans for cooperation. Plans were made to sign memorandums with higher educational institutions in Korea, develop academic and scientific projects, and implement exchange programs.
Within the framework of the informational event, Ambassador Hyundoo Kim also delivered a public lecture on the topic: “Strengthening Korea–Georgia Relations Toward Future Partnership.” A cultural program prepared by students of Ilia State University was also presented:
