The Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Georgia, Massimiliano D’Antuono, met with the Rector of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Tite Aroshidze.
During this introductory meeting, the parties discussed cultural and educational relations between the two countries and prospects for future cooperation. They also planned the implementation of joint educational and scientific projects.
The Ambassador also met with students and professors of Romance Philology, where he spoke about the importance and opportunities of studying in Italy within exchange programmes.
