Visit of the Rector of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin to Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University

Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University hosted Radosław Dobrowolski, Rector of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Poland), in Lublin,  and Vice-Rector Dorota Kołodyńska. During the meeting with BSU Rector Tite Aroshidze, the parties discussed ongoing cooperation between the universities and future prospects.

In the current year, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, which considers exchange of students and academic staff in the fields of mathematics and computer science. Plans were also made to deepen collaboration through joint research and the sharing of experience.

The sides also focused on expanding exchanges of students and academic personnel across various fields, as well as on joint projects and educational initiatives.

The meeting was attended by BSU Vice-Rector Tamar Siradze, Dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Education Lela Turmanidze, faculty members, and Head of the International Relations Office Tamar Dunduа.
