Receiver of Permission: Study in Georgia LLC
By the aim of fulfilling the terms of existing Memorandum of Agreement between parties, Study in Georgia LLC is authorized with the following rights:
v Study in Georgia LLC is authorized to negotiate with private or state organizations that is linked to the responsibilities taken by Study in Georgia LLC, according to the Memorandum of Agreement. V Study in Georgia LLC is authorized to negotiate the needed exchange of documents with Students, with ministries and embassies.
Study in Georgia LLC is obliged to exercise the rights that is given by the Memorandum of Agreement, conscientiously and avoid the violation of the rights of the university and its' legitimate interests.
