An information session regarding personal data protection was held at BSU’s Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning.
The goal of the meeting was to raise awareness about personal data protection and develop a strong legal culture. During the session, key principles of personal data protection, the importance of data security and individual rights were discussed.

Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University’s Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning has joined the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET).
This is an important step in the internationalization process of BSU’s Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning. EfVET represents one of the largest and most influential European networks in vocational education, uniting more than 500 vocational education organizations from over 60 countries.

Students of BSU’s vocational educational program in "Library Studies" successfully presented their practical training reports, highlighting activities completed at placement sites, hands-on experience gained, professional competencies developed and projects carried out during their internships.

Students from the vocational educational programs at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University participated in an Intellectual Marathon held among Georgian vocational education institutions. The event was organized by the Vocational Training Center of the Batumi State Maritime Academy.

The Student Scientific Conference — 2026 was held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. This year, for the first time, students from vocational educational programs at BSU and other educational institutions participated in the student scientific conference alongside Bachelor`s, Master`s and doctoral students.
In the vocational education section, 24 students presented scientific reports, covering topical issues facing modern science and society.
