AI in Practice — knowledge that builds future professions.
Organized by BSU`s Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning, a masterclass titled "AI in Practice — Opportunities, Tools and Modern Approaches to Application" was held at Batumi Technopark for students of vocational educational programs.
The masterclass was led by Tazo Chkhartishvili, FabLab Manager at Batumi Technopark, who introduced participants to modern capabilities of artificial intelligence, its development trends and examples of its practical use in various fields.
July 15 is World Youth Skills Day! In connection with this event, a masterclass titled "What Skills is an Employer Looking For?" was successfully held at BSU`s Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning.
The meeting was opened by Badri Gechbaia, Director of the BSU Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning. He spoke to the students about the necessity of such educational activities, raising career awareness among youth, developing competitive skills and preparing for modern labor market demands.
On July 10–11, a training session titled "The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Vocational Education: Opportunities and Challenges" was held at the university. Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University continues to support the development of vocational education teachers` skills in using digital technologies and to enhance the quality of the learning process.
The training aimed to boost the digital competencies of vocational education teachers and introduce them to modern technological tools.
Mamuka Gogelia, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Learning Process Manager at the BSU Center for Vocational Programs Management and Lifelong Learning, held a working meeting with Teona Zoidze, Director of the Ajara Museum.
